Fantasy-Bros: Crash and Daggerby ~Boy-Meets-Hero

Here are both of the brothers posing for a group shot. They also had a cranky little cat creature that tagged along with them that had magical abilities.

As often happens with me, I tend to shift from one interest to another at the drop of a hat! lol.

Well, last year I experienced one such shift, which happened when I was feeling burnt-out on super heroes. (Hey, it happens!) I got it in my head that I was going to develop a whole new fantasy comic. So together, Russ and I came up with some plot ideas and I sketched out a couple of character concepts. This particular idea involved two gay brothers who were fortune hunters and were always on the prowl for the next hot guy to jump into bed with. They were a complete departure from our clean-cut super heroes, Blue Comet & Fusion!

Unfortunately, we fell behind on BC & F while developing this new idea. Realizing that we couldn’t get too behind, I had to stop and get back to work on our premier comic. Oh well…

As of now however, this idea is on hold. But who knows, maybe one day we’ll have enough time and energy to work on these bad-boys again. But for now, please enjoy the sketches!
