Probably my most favorite franchise is Star Wars! I've been a huge fan since I was a kid. The characters and worlds are so epic and the Jedi are way cool! I realized I'd only ever drawn one image from the saga, my Anakin pic [link] , so I decided I needed to draw more!

One of my favorite games on the PS3 is Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. I've played thru it about three times now and I can't wait for the sequel. The main character, Galen Marek, (Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice Codenamed: Starkiller), is such a bad ass! His abilities in the game are wicked! Plus, the actor who plays him, Sam Witwer, is a total hottie!

I did this illustration based on the third stage of the game in which Starkiller goes to the planet Felucia to find and kill Jedi Master Shaak Ti. (NOOOOO!) The light training gear that he wore was one of his hottest costumes in the game. His ripped arms look killer in it and the outfit shows them off perfectly!

I had to reference the costume from the actual game while it was playing. It got a bit tricky because once you pause the game, it switches to a menu screen. So I had to leave it running while I drew Starkiller. I wanted to draw him in his "ready-to-attack" pose while his lightsaber was ignighted. But the dude is so fidgety! He looks over his shoulder all the time, and he puts his lightsaber away if you don't attack with it after a while. I had to constantly press the attack button and reposition the camera so I could draw his costume. I managed to get most of it's details, tho I know I missed a few here and there.

I colored it in photoshop as usual, and used a special brush tool to add in the dirt all over his body. The background was a screen shot from the game I found online. I just altered it by using filters and changed it's hues.

This has to be THE best artwork of Starkiller on all of DA :D it really really looks like you've dove through the CGI and got Galen Marek's face picture perfect :love: awesome job!

Great work, best deviation of starkiller I have ever

Love the fact that you drew him in his light gear outfit, he seems more dangerous and is faster in the outfit
